Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role • Strong understanding of accounting operations processes, particularly cash application, reconciliation, and payment processes • Solid knowledge of the Order-to-Cash cycle and its impact on accounting operations • Experience working with automation tools and accounting software systems • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and mentor a team • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Familiarity with internal controls and regulatory compliance in accounting
