📋 Description

• Deliver personalized and/or generalized learning/training programs including workflow design and documentation. • Specialize in a particular subject or organizational function and monitor effectiveness of workflows and training. • Develop and maintain learning program documentation, videos, and workflows. • Deliver interactive training that meets learning objectives while upholding OCHIN best practices. • Assist in new learning program design and existing program enhancements. • Create and maintain notifications of updated learning materials. • Facilitate workflow design sessions to discover member operational needs. • Collect data and perform an in-depth analysis of member feedback from sessions. • Provide one-on-one, in-the-field support for OCHIN members.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with minimum of 3 years’ experience or equivalent combination of experience and degree. • Ability to travel nationally up to 50% for post go live optimization, install training and member support. • 5+ years of experience delivering adult training is highly desired. • Must have experience with Epic applications for all Learning Analyst II positions. • Ambulatory training experience is required for this position. • EpicCare Ambulatory Certification or Proficiency is highly desired. • Candidates with certification in Wisdom, Healthy Planet or Behavioral Health experience are preferred. • Experience supporting in an Ambulatory Clinic is highly desired. • Some knowledge and/or experience working with common training delivery and workflow tools.
