• FDNA Product Manager • A young and dynamic company at the intersection of hi-tech and health is looking for a Product Manager to join its growing team. • FDNA The World’s Leader in AI Image Analysis To Expedite Early Diagnosis And Care Management For Developmental And Genetic Disorders. We are looking for a Product Manager to provide product vision, strategy, and execution of one of our core products line to join as a new full-time team member as we are approaching our official launch. • In this role, you will engage and understand user behavior, define the produce strategy and specifications and lead product delivery to grow adoption and support the company’s competitive edge. You will own the product roadmap and ensure that business requirements, KPIs and timelines are met. • If you feel this is the role for you, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you. • Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Understand customer needs and user behavior and work with other management members to define product strategy. • Lead the discovery, ideation, scoping, and execution of features through the entire SDLC. • Work closely with the data team and engineering team to understand efforts, prioritize product features, monitor execution and QA product changes. • Develop a deep understanding of the real-life “user journeys"and closely monitor user behavior metrics (using Mixpanel, Analytics, Hotjar and other tools) to develop and optimize product requirements. • Synthesize data, user feedback, and market information to improve product value. • Translate business needs into well-documented product requirements, and guide the work of the UX lead, and product engineering, using Atlassian, Jira, and other tools. • Define key product performance metrics, analyze product performance to measure success, and identify gaps. • Drive product excellence through collaboration and communication. • Provide regular updates on new features and capabilities to stakeholders, establish product and feature priorities and build consensus around roadmaps and success metrics. • Work with the marketing and client success teams to support the distribution of the products and collect user insights. • Drive funnel conversion optimization strategies, track results and communicate progress across the organization. • Qualifications: • Logistics: • Projected Start Date: As soon as possible • Hours/Week: Full-time • Onsite/offsite: Fully remote.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a product manager in managing online consumer facing B2C products and related services. • A creative, ambitious, solution-oriented thinker with a love for data and elegant solutions • Ability to analyze and utilize both qualitative and quantitative data in data-driven decision making and creative solution design • Can take conceptual themes and turn them into a roadmap of features, experiments, and research with minimal guidance • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for clearly articulating customer needs and value propositions • High user empathy with a strong focus on execution and being able to put ideas into action • Proven ability to take a product from conception to successful market adoption • Start-up experience is an advantage • Fluent English
