• Job description: Nacre Capital is a global venture builder, actively seeking a talented and dedicated Research Analyst. • Responsibilities include cold calling potential clients and using creative strategies to promote conversion. • Conduct research to support development of novel ideas and identify market opportunities in various sectors. • Work independently with minimal direction to gather data, prepare reports, and create presentations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of entrepreneurs, executives, and investors to refine business strategies. • Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of high-quality deliverables. • Contribute to the enhancement of Nacre's CRM and database.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience with telemarketing and email marketing. (MUST) • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication (MUST). • Proven experience in conducting research, data analysis, and generating impactful insights in the startup ecosystem is a MUST. • Strong business acumen and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. • Any Business Research oriented certificate would be preferred. • Excellent organizational, writing, and reporting skills. • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Docs, Adobe, PowerPoint, and G Suite. • Ability to work effectively on an international team, across different time zones and cultural backgrounds. • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also functioning as a valuable team player. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
