Description

• You will be converting existing leads/partners into new business opportunities. • You will manage and own a business development pipeline of new business opportunities which consistently delivers above-expected results. • You will plan and prioritize sales activities and B2B relationships towards achieving agreed business goals. • You will have regular performance management calls with partners. • You will develop new B2B leads via market research, network events, social selling, marketing campaigns, and any other mode suitable for establishing new prospects. • You will develop and manage trust relationships with a portfolio of partners to ensure client relationship excellence and generate long-lasting partnerships. • You will maintain and develop existing partner relationships through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, relevant internal liaisons, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and client satisfaction. • You will communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to ensure the correct products and services are delivered to partners in a timely manner. • You will provide input into the future sales vision including new markets, new products, new customers, and new ways of doing business. • You will meet monthly and annual sales targets set together with management. • You will identify opportunities in the market and monitor general developments of competition. • You will prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Requirements

• Institutional business development background. • 2+ years of experience in selling investment solutions to Financial institutions, Institutional Clients, Wealth Management, Call Centres, Family Offices, and/or private investors. • Experience working in the financial sector and with institutional clients. • A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline and close the deals. • Proven experience in sales and strategic account management – providing solutions based on customer needs. • Generally motivated for Sales and highly energetic with a good sense of time management. • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation. • Strong command of English. Additional languages will be an asset. • Great communication and presentation skills. • Outstanding relationship-building skills. • Willingness to succeed and exceed targets, overachiever mentality.
