• You will be converting existing leads/partners into new business opportunities. • You will manage and own a business development pipeline of new business opportunities. • You will plan and prioritize sales activities and B2B relationships. • You will have regular performance management calls with partners. • You will develop new B2B leads via market research, network events, social selling, marketing campaigns, and other modes. • You will develop and manage trust relationships with a portfolio of partners. • You will maintain and develop existing partner relationships. • You will communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally. • You will provide input into the future sales vision. • You will meet monthly and annual sales targets. • You will identify opportunities in the market and monitor developments of competition. • You will prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Institutional business development background. • 2+ years of experience in selling investment solutions to Financial institutions, Institutional Clients, Wealth Management, Call Centres, Family Offices, and/or private investors. • Experience working in the financial sector and with institutional clients. • A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline and close the deals. • Proven experience in sales and strategic account management. • Generally motivated for Sales and highly energetic with a good sense of time management. • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation. • Strong command of English. Additional languages will be an asset. • Great communication and presentation skills. • Outstanding relationship-building skills. • Willingness to succeed and exceed targets, overachiever mentality.
