Letβs see what it takes π β’ What you will do: β’ Sales and negotiations: prepare proposals and presentations, conduct meetings and draft contracts β up to closing a deal; β’ Research industry trends, potential markets for business opportunities; β’ Identify, qualify and manage the pipeline of leads coming through inbound and outbound channels; β’ Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and build relevant solutions; β’ Track and report on personal KPIs in a consistent, accurate, and timely manner; β’ Collaborate with the team on strategic and long-term tasks and objectives; β’ Coordinate efforts with the leadership team to identify and implement new business opportunities, approaches or ideas; β’ Gather and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement or product offerings.
β’ 2+ years of experience in B2B environments on Account Management, Service Delivery, Sales or Growth positions, ideally in tech industry; β’ Experience in closing deals; β’ Self-motivated and results-driven mindset; β’ Fluent in English (C1-C2, both in writing and speaking); β’ Profound understanding of market research and data analysis techniques; β’ Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and AI-driven solutions; β’ Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills: you should be a great listener with the capability to communicate in a clear and simple manner; β’ Discipline and ability to plan, organize, and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner in order to achieve the goal; β’ Stress resistance and confidence: you should be able to communicate assertively, handle feedback, and work on improvement; β’ Emotional intelligence: you professionally perceive, use, understand, manage, and cope with emotions in various situations; β’ Persistence and positive attitude: you can focus on the bright side of things to seek solutions and progress always; β’ Ability to work in a team and independently; β’ Fast learning skills, adaptability to new environments, and flexibility to quickly grasp new concepts; β’ Out of the box thinking with the desire to explore creative ideas proactively.
