Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. β€’ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role focused on revenue marketing or demand generation. β€’ Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), that have directly contributed to both new customer acquisition and customer expansion, resulting in measurable revenue growth. β€’ Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). β€’ Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams. β€’ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments. β€’ Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, combining innovation with a focus on delivering business results. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities while driving measurable impact.
