Description

• Responsible for managing specialty pharmacy programs and relationships with pharma partners • Oversee therapy performance and manufacturer KPI management • Develop and implement custom programs for product launches • Ensure compliance with trade contract deliverables • Lead cross-functional teams on strategic projects

Requirements

• Must reside in Illinois • Previous Specialty Pharmacy Trade experience at larger organization preferred • Experience with account management and internal stakeholder collaboration preferred • Must be computer literate - knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to read, analyze, interpret professional literature and technical procedures • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems • Ability to interpret and make inferences from data • Good project management skills • Ability to respond to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks at one time
