• StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform that specializes in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game, and digital out-of-home ads. • We empower hundreds of digitally-focused companies to deliver outcomes and exceptional campaign performance everyday. • StackAdapt was founded with a vision to be more than an advertising platform, it’s a hub of innovation, imagination and creativity. • At StackAdapt we are committed and focused on developing and growing our team by creating growth and learning paths that excite and engage them. • We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager in Talent and Performance Management to join our Talent Development team and lead the center of excellence for all things related to performance management, talent planning and organizational effectiveness. • In this role, you'll work directly with the Director of Talent and Performance Management and will be a key collaborator and thought partner in the overall People and Talent strategy for StackAdapt. • This position enables people strategies and programs to support the People Business Partner team, Total Rewards and business leaders to drive outcomes in areas of: performance management, career growth and development, and organizational development (i.e. workforce and succession planning). • The successful candidate requires staying abreast of external best practices in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Learning and Development. • StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada or the US for this position.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a data-driven and evidence-based approach to decision making and influencing. • Experience in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Psychology and/or People Analytics is preferred, but we recognise there are many journeys that can lead to Talent Management. • Track record of partnering in designing, managing and scaling Talent Management programs such as performance management, talent planning, career development, succession planning, etc. that drive measurable business outcomes in support of a growing and global workforce. • Demonstrated experience in driving complex organizational changes through clear communication and implementation of change management practices that support organizational growth and agility. • Proven success in global Talent Management programs, preferably in technology or high-growth sectors. • Experience acting as an advisor to broader teams using data and best practice to back-up decisions, while staying grounded in the reality of implementation. • A “how can we make this better?” mentality with a focus on progress over perfection to continuously drive for improvement
