Description
• Strategic and visionary Director of Product Management, focused on Service Transformation. • Responsible for shaping and executing strategies that enhance provider and patient experiences. • Drive growth and operational efficiency across customer service and commercial operations teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field; Entrepreneurial experience preferred • 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, with focus on customer service and supporting complex operational processes • Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and driving customer service excellence • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of customer service best practices, tools, and technologies • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to use data to drive product decisions
