• Meet monthly and quarterly enterprise lead generation objectives. • Create leads through target account selling, outbound cold calling/emailing, and other sales/marketing activities. • Create/identify leads/opportunities for Enterprise Sales Team. • Provide high-level consultation on product and pricing plans. • Have knowledge of the NationBuilder product and value proposition. • Record prospecting and meeting activities in sales CRM. • Create campaigns across multiple channels to drive increased demand. • Develop relationships with strategic partners that drive enterprise leads. • Host weekly demos to show the value of NationBuilder product. • Actively participate in social conversations with key markets. • Host and attend virtual and in-person networking events.
• Basic sales skills. • Experience in political, non-profit, or advocacy space is a plus. • Previous experience using CRM and other sales prospecting tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Rigorous attention to detail. • High motivation to work in a rapidly growing company. • Superb reflective and active listening skills. • Ability to communicate the value of NationBuilder’s product clearly. • A deep technical understanding of the NationBuilder platform or willingness to learn. • Passion for NationBuilder’s mission and values.
