📋 Description

• Accountable for architecture and domain review, user provisioning, authentication, setup of data and permission migration. • Monitor migration jobs, report generation, integration with supported third party software, desktop and mobile app deployment, customer cutover events. • First level trouble-shooting of issues and providing industry best practices while driving new revenue through identifying new opportunities and user adoption. • Execute data migration project implementation to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of solutions. • Be a customer champion and act as a liaison between customers and our teams to provide innovative solutions and improve the adoption of solutions among customers. • Evaluate the implementation methodology and enhance it continuously. • Identifies and manages project risks. • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines. • Communicate professionally and succinctly and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while taking ownership of project deliverable tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or higher in IT Field. • Prior experience supporting Enterprise software or supporting Enterprise applications in technical capacity for a SaaS environment. • 10+ years of relevant Customer Facing Implementation experience. • Strong experience migrating Data and Permissions. • Excellent customer engagement and communication skills. • Attention to detail and adapt to process in a quick changing environment. • Fluency of spoken and written command of English. • Any other language is a plus. • The ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy is critical. • Must have Strong technical skills that cover four or more of the following areas: User provisioning and authentication, Data and Permission migration tools, Monitoring and troubleshooting skills, Virtualization experience (VMWare, Hyper-V), Windows/Linux Server operating systems, Execute and monitor scripts (python, SQL, PowerShell).
