📋 Description
• Finance: Übernahme der vorbereitenden Buchführung sowie Kommunikation mit unseren externen Steuerbüros • Vorbereitung von Umsatzmeldungen sowie Plausibilitätsprüfungen • Verantwortung für die Rechnungsprüfung und -bearbeitung sowie die Planung und Einstellung von Zahlungen • Reisekostenmanagement • Unterstützung im Controlling • Proaktive Verbesserungsvorschläge bei der Automatisierung • Administration: Verwaltung unserer Postfächer sowie die Bearbeitung der allgemeinen Korrespondenz inkl. Ablage • Administrative Unterstützung der Gründer • Optionale Übernahme des Office Managements in Schönefeld
🎯 Requirements
• Du bist ein hervorragendes Organisationstalent und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position beispielsweise als Assistent/in Buchhaltung, Financial Admin / Assistant, Buchhalter/in, Accountant, Steuerfachangestellte/r, Controller/in oder Backoffice Manager/in mit Finance Fokus • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, zeigst Eigeninitiative und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe • Du bist flexibel und hast Spaß daran, dich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen und dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln • Du arbeitest dich schnell in neue Probleme ein und versuchst diese effizient zu lösen • DATEV-Kenntnisse (Unternehmen Online) von Vorteil
