β€’ Nava is a consultancy and public benefit corporation working to make government services simple, effective, and accessible to all. β€’ As VP of Engineering, responsible for a vision and strategy for an Engineering organization that can design, build, launch, and operate public sector digital services. β€’ Build clear and compelling growth paths for engineering staff that support successful careers within Nava. β€’ Interact with prospective and existing government customers to understand needs and industry trends.

Requirements

β€’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and meet any other requirements for government contracts for which they are hired. β€’ Candidates who are offered a job with Nava must possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship by their employer for a visa now or in the future. β€’ May be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or applicants who are eligible for security clearances. β€’ 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience, including 3+ years as a senior partner or engineering executive. β€’ Experience managing the business dynamics in a professional services firm (billable hours, contract portfolios, client services skills).
