Description

• Seeking a skilled Senior Level DevOps Engineer for a cutting-edge community platform. • Work collaboratively in a team-centric environment focusing on scientific research data. • Employ AWS and cloud-native technologies to build and scale the Kubernetes platform. • Ensure secure, reusable, and efficient Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK and Terraform. • Utilize automation and observability best practices with various tools in development phases.

Requirements

• US Citizen • Proficiency in AWS cloud services, Kubernetes (EKS, Fargate), and Angular. • Strong experience with GitOps using Flux in Kubernetes. • 2+ years writing Python • Proficiency using DevSecOps practices in all aspects of a project. • Familiarity with GitLab, GitHub, and Docker. • Competence in shell scripting. • Proven track record with Open Source Software development. • Knowledge of API integration and development, preferably with Pyramid or FastAPI frameworks.
