• NavVis, one of Germany’s most innovative startups, is seeking dynamic and driven Business Development Specialists with a technical background—especially in surveying, civil engineering, or related fields. • Join us to play a pivotal role in scaling the Polish market presence! • In this role, you’ll leverage your technical expertise and passion for spatial data and reality capture technologies to drive sales and connect with key players in industries like construction, engineering, and infrastructure. • You’ll receive in-depth onboarding and ongoing training designed to refine both technical and business development skills, allowing you to connect deeply with potential clients and progress your career. • This is a critical position within our company as you will be responsible for developing a pipeline within your region by prospecting for new leads, qualifying and nurturing them into opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with experience in surveying, civil engineering, or a related technical field (preferred). • Prior experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales, business development, or customer support) is a plus, though we also welcome candidates from technical roles who are eager to explore the world of sales and client engagement. • Confident approach to cold calling. • Results-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude. • Technical and growth mindset with a curiosity for learning new sales skills and a drive to brainstorm creative ways to connect with clients. • A proactive “hunter” mentality, with the ability to build relationships and engage clients through various channels. • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM applications with strong process management skills. • Business fluency in written and spoken English and Polish. • Work authorization for Poland. • Passion for geospatial technology and innovation!
