• Attend client conference calls or onsite meetings documenting complex technical requirements. • Quality assurance of client-facing documents ensuring proposed solutions meet requirements. • Provide technical scoping information to establish correct delivery methodology. • Complete regional technical documentation and submit project deliverables to the highest quality. • Create Solution Design Documentation for accurate transfer of solutions to the scheduling team. • Act as an escalation point for technical assistance. • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during customer follow-up calls.

Requirements

• Strong presales/technical consultancy skills including risk mitigation, stakeholder management, reporting, and time management. • Demonstrable experience managing and successfully consulting external/client facing delivery projects. • The ability to hold technical conversations and absorb technical information. • Experience in a similar role would be highly beneficial. • Demonstrable understanding of complex, full life-cycle software development projects in Agile framework. • Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels including external. • Well versed and competent in reporting, document generation and technical plans/designs. • Commercially savvy with the ability to understand and recommend commercial propositions.
