Description

• Support pre-sales technical discovery and executive presentations • Deliver outcome-focused Lattice HRIS product demonstrations • Serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert in HRIS, payroll, and time tracking technology • Actively participate in the RFx process with the Sales team • Solicit, capture, and track product feature requests • Discover and document customers’ business requirements and technical environment • Partner with customers’ technical teams • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, GTM enablement, and post-sales teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive customer-facing experience in a SaaS environment • Ability to simplify complex processes and technical challenges • Experience in designing and delivering strategic, engaging, and impactful product demonstrations • Impeccable organization and prioritization skills • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills • Creativity in how you approach the role • Intrinsic motivation to think outside the box • Ability to balance focus on revenue outcomes with empathy for colleagues, customers, and the business • Prior experience in HR technology working with People Ops and HR teams required
