β€’ Achieving profitable growth through strategy development and effective team leadership. β€’ Managing strategic activities to accomplish sales objectives. β€’ Creating and implementing short and long-term business strategies. β€’ Maintain key customer relationships through contract Renewals and Change of Ownership agreements. β€’ Cross-sells products and services to new and existing customers. β€’ Analyze business data on current product information, industry trends, and competitors' offerings to anticipate industry direction. β€’ Proactively prospect and develop leads within potential new and existing customer networks. β€’ Prepare and review sales reports by identifying and evaluating problem areas and company progress.

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record in sales, with demonstrated ability to expand network and markets. β€’ Demonstrated the ability to maintain and deliver new customers, thereby satisfying organizational targets and meeting evolving business needs. β€’ Sells complete portfolio of products and services consistent with business goals and objectives. β€’ Understanding of solution selling and creating value for business clients. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills, effectively and proactively identifying and analyzing challenges and finding appropriate solutions. β€’ Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization skills; able to prioritize workload, set action plans, and meet deadlines. β€’ Post Secondary degree or equivalent work experience. β€’ Bilingual preferred - Written and verbal fluency in English and French. β€’ Experience in ATM, financial, and transaction processing industry is a plus. β€’ 3+ years’ experience in a business-to-business sales environment, creating and executing an area sales management plan. β€’ Superior communication skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Excellent computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) β€’ Strong customer service skills and orientation. β€’ Ambitious self-starter with a strong desire to win and a high level of resiliency. β€’ Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and thrive in a growing and changing environment. β€’ Demonstrated ability to grow market share. β€’ Excellent negotiation and influencing skills. β€’ Proven and seasoned salesperson in pursuing net new clients, developing business, and networking with passion. β€’ Self-motivated, energetic, professional, able to perform job duties with minimal supervision in contributing to the team's overall success. β€’ Solid track record of meeting sales targets and an undeniable drive to succeed. β€’ Experience selling to independent retail locations, convenience /grocery stores/gas stations/cannabis/gaming, etc. β€’ Ability to travel within the assigned territory. β€’ Must be able to pass all applicable background screening tests.
