• Proven track record in sales, with demonstrated ability to expand network and markets. • Demonstrated the ability to maintain and deliver new customers, thereby satisfying organizational targets and meeting evolving business needs. • Sells complete portfolio of products and services consistent with business goals and objectives. • Understanding of solution selling and creating value for business clients. • Excellent problem-solving skills, effectively and proactively identifying and analyzing challenges and finding appropriate solutions. • Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization skills; able to prioritize workload, set action plans, and meet deadlines. • Post Secondary degree or equivalent work experience. • Bilingual preferred - Written and verbal fluency in English and French. • Experience in ATM, financial, and transaction processing industry is a plus. • 3+ years’ experience in a business-to-business sales environment, creating and executing an area sales management plan. • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal. • Excellent computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Strong customer service skills and orientation. • Ambitious self-starter with a strong desire to win and a high level of resiliency. • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and thrive in a growing and changing environment. • Demonstrated ability to grow market share. • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills. • Proven and seasoned salesperson in pursuing net new clients, developing business, and networking with passion. • Self-motivated, energetic, professional, able to perform job duties with minimal supervision in contributing to the team's overall success. • Solid track record of meeting sales targets and an undeniable drive to succeed. • Experience selling to independent retail locations, convenience /grocery stores/gas stations/cannabis/gaming, etc. • Ability to travel within the assigned territory. • Must be able to pass all applicable background screening tests.
