•NCR Atleos is searching for an Account Executive for a sales territory in the US for our banking business. •Responsible for profitability, growth and account penetration within the assigned territory and/or market segment. •Position responsible for identifying and targeting opportunities across existing and new prospects. •Partners with other business units to expand cross-sell opportunities. •Responsible for maintaining and growing file value and serving as the principal financial sales representative ensuring the highest level of customer service and support to NCR Atleos major accounts. •Ensure that key customer accounts continue to thrive in a partnership with NCR Atleos.
•Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or financial discipline, or equivalent work experience •5-8 years of related sales experience; Financial Industry experience is required •Understanding of the Financial Industry and Solutions, or similar applications and technology •Proven success in solution sales environment •Ability to articulate the value of a complex solution sale in technical terms to support our customer experience platforms •Demonstrated ability to understand sales barriers and overcome initial technology hurdles to close business •Customer-oriented approach •Demonstrated sales success in attaining quota objectives •Demonstrated success in managing account relationships •Demonstrated success developing new account opportunities •Strong teaming skills and demonstrated proactive leadership •Strong abilities with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook •Excellent written and oral communication skills; Must possess active listening skills as well as written and verbal skills •Strong communication, creative thinking and presentation skills •Ability to travel 30% on average, may be as high at 50% at times.
