• Mobile Wave Solutions is a professional services company specializing in software development as a service. • Lead our talent acquisition efforts and play a key role in building high-performing teams. • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, develop innovative hiring strategies, and work closely with leaders across the business. • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience. • Collaborate with Marketing and HR to enhance employer branding and promote the company as an employer of choice.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-growing or tech-driven environment. • Proven success in leading recruitment teams and scaling hiring operations. • Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment funnels, and candidate assessment techniques. • Experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Workable, etc.). • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on recruitment metrics. • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach. • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (HR/recruitment certifications are a plus).
