Description

• We seek a talented and experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer Technical Lead to join our team. • The ideal candidate will leverage the Adobe Journey Optimizer platform to design, implement, and optimize personalized customer journeys across various channels. • This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, data analysis, and marketing automation techniques to drive engagement, conversions, and retention. • Understand the impact of the project on client business KPIs, and detect new business opportunities. • Lead the team and solve blockages or doubts of the team. Be able to detect issues in early phases and perform tasks that can help to meet the project timelines. • Assess complex situations to gain a proper understanding of the issues and give possible solutions that can be used for all the teams. The Tech lead is responsible for the quality and the team velocity of the project. • Develop and execute personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, incorporating various touchpoints such as email, SMS, push notifications, and more. • Configure and activate the tool from scratch. • Support the client during the new subdomain configuration and the IP warming process. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, and IT, to gather requirements, define audience segments, and implement targeted campaigns. • Utilize Adobe Experience Cloud tools to analyze customer data, identify insights, and optimize journey performance. • Implement A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates continuously. • Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for optimization. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to drive innovation and maximize the impact of Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 4+ Years of experience working with Adobe Products. • 1+ Years of experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer. • 1+ Years of experience working in Digital Marketing, CRO, Digital Analytics, Decisioning, Campaign planning, creative and UX disciplines. • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
