β€’ Nectar Social is building the most advanced AI social commerce experience for businesses. β€’ As a Deployment Strategist / Customer Success Lead at Nectar Social, you'll be the bridge between our customers and product teams. β€’ Leading end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff to successful deployment. β€’ Developing and executing success plans that drive measurable business outcomes. β€’ Partnering with engineering to scope and deliver customer-specific solutions. β€’ Creating scalable playbooks for customer onboarding and engagement. β€’ Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs before they become issues. β€’ Building frameworks to measure and improve customer success metrics. β€’ Working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer success.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of experience in customer-facing strategic roles β€’ Strategic thinking: Ability to understand complex business challenges and architect solutions β€’ Customer obsession: Track record of driving exceptional customer outcomes β€’ Execution excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders β€’ Communication: Outstanding ability to build relationships at all levels β€’ Experience as a social media manager or strategist β€’ Background working directly with brands on social strategy β€’ Experience as a founder or early employee at a startup β€’ Technical understanding of AI/ML technologies β€’ Experience in social commerce, creator economy, or enterprise SaaS β€’ Track record of exceptional academic or professional achievement
