• Answer incoming sales calls from customers and schedule appointments. • Gather information about the customer's needs and provide accurate quotes. • Schedule jobs appropriately. • Communicate with local franchise owners and managers as needed. • Use a script to ensure that all calls are handled consistently and professionally. • Answer questions from team members and supervisors via MS Teams. • Communicate regularly with your supervisor to discuss call types, ways to improve, and gain efficiencies. • Meet sales goals on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. • Enter customer information into the CRM system.

Requirements

• 1+ years of working experience in customer service or a related field • Honest and ethical • Technically proficient • Punctual and reliable • Customer Service • Microsoft Word and Excel • Knowledge of windows OS
