• Develop, manage and evolve a portfolio of Neighborly brands’ SEO strategy and roadmap • Define Neighborly’s SEO best practices and content guidelines • Manage internal SEO teams and external SEO vendors across Neighborly’s portfolio of brands • Recommend and manage enterprise SEO budgets and varying local-funded models • Lead, mentor and retain a best-in-class team of SEO specialists • Manage Local SEO programs with agency partners • Set the SEO team’s direction across SEO disciplines • Share best practices with the paid digital team, Local Listings and content strategy • Serve as the SEO industry expert for internal stakeholders and FOs • Mentor the SEO team in developing written and oral communication updates to brand teams and franchise networks

Requirements

• 10+ years SEO experience, strategic thinking with a strong passion for digital marketing and SEO • Strong analytical skills, using SEO tools and Google Analytics, Google Search Console to analyze and draw conclusions from data to make impactful SEO decisions and optimizations • Extensive working knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, industry best-practice backlinking strategies, search engine ranking factors
