Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in social media content creation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. β€’ A proven track record in direct response advertising for paid social is essential. β€’ Strong experience in utilizing AI-driven tools to create, test, and scale content across multiple platforms efficiently. β€’ Ability to lead a content team with a focus on creative innovation, performance optimization, and delivering tangible results. β€’ Experience in analyzing content performance and applying data insights to creative output is essential. β€’ A strong grasp of social media trends and best practices to continuously develop and lead the team in producing engaging and innovative content. β€’ Proficiency in managing content creation for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms, understanding platform-specific formats and audience engagement tactics. β€’ Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire a team to achieve creative excellence. β€’ Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental initiatives. β€’ Deep understanding of direct response marketing, including customer acquisition strategies and the ability to create compelling calls to action that drive high engagement and conversions.
