📋 Description

• This is a remote role, however you must be located in the UK to be considered for this position. • The PPC Specialist will play a key role in executing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Bing across multiple Life Insurance brands in the UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond. • You’ll be responsible for managing large-scale campaigns, identifying performance opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results. • Create, manage, and optimize high-budget PPC campaigns (Google & Microsoft Ads) in competitive international markets. • Continuously analyse campaign performance, identifying scalable opportunities for lead growth and cost efficiencies. • Review, improve, and develop new ad copy to enhance CTR, Quality Score, and ad relevance. • Manage ad copy changes through the Compliance sign-off process to ensure regulatory adherence. • Test and implement smart bidding strategies (Target IS, TROAS, TCPA) to align with business objectives. • Maintain high-quality BI data through precise campaign tracking and trafficking. • Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, uncovering trends and presenting performance insights to management using dashboards and reports. • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaign landing pages are optimized for conversion.

🎯 Requirements

• Google Ads expertise (essential), with Bing Ads experience considered a plus. • Experience with bulk campaign management via Ad Editors. • Strong keyword research and audience segmentation skills. • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and data visualization tools like Looker Studio. • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with competitor monitoring and business intelligence tools. • Experience with Google Ads scripts & automation is a plus. • Ideally 3 + years hands-on PPC experience in a high-volume B2C or agency environment. • Experience in financial services or regulated industries is advantageous but not mandatory. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset. • High energy, passion, and innovative thinking. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • A professional, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. • Strong business and commercial acumen.
