Description

• The Software QA Engineer II creates and maintains manual and automated test suites. • Focus on building manual and automation to test the product, prevent defects, and improve quality. • Work with minimal supervision and has a solid understanding of the products’ business domain. • Contribute to improvements in the overall quality assurance process. • Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test suites, • Define testable user stories with Product Owners and stakeholders. • Create, design, and execute test strategies, including writing test plans, test cases and test scenarios. • Evaluate and report test results, test progress, and product quality. • Respond to change quickly, including changing, adding, or improving automated tests. • Work closely with developers to solve problems and improve QA strategies. • Resource for onboarding new team members. • Ensure proper use of automated testing tools and look for ways to improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience • 3+ years of experience with NBS products or similar position at another company • 2+ years of experience with programming and automated testing tools (Playwright and Azure DevOps preferred)
