• Role Overview: Are you ambitious, resilient, and ready to dive into the fast-paced world of sales? • Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Use a combination of cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to create new business opportunities. • Cold Outreach: You’ll be dialing the phone and sending emails—expect rejection, but every “no” brings you closer to that big “yes.” • KPI Management: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets, including leads generated, qualified opportunities, and outreach activities. • Admin & CRM Management: Stay on top of data entry, lead tracking, and follow-up activities using CRM tools to ensure accurate pipeline management. • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies, adapt messaging, and close deals. • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and our competitive landscape to make sure we’re always one step ahead.

Requirements

• Ambition: We need someone who’s not just here to punch the clock. • Interest in ESG/Sustainability: Qualifications and experience in ESG/sustainability practices or related fields is a must. • Experience: Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related role is a plus, but if you have the hunger, we’ll train you. • Communication Skills: Whether it’s on the phone or in writing, you know how to get your message across. • Organizational Skills: You’re juggling a lot of leads and follow-ups, but you manage your time like a pro. • Grit and Resilience: You can handle rejection and keep pushing forward. Sales can be tough, but you’ve got the tenacity to keep going.
