β€’ Kentik is the network observability company. β€’ As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a critical part of our SDR team. β€’ Responsible for responding to a range of inbound requests from event registrations to trials and webinar sign-ups. β€’ Partner with Sales to develop engagement and account plans for acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones. β€’ Your goal will be to generate quality sales opportunities and pipeline for the Southern European Territory. β€’ The skills you develop will support your long-term career goals of pursuing a path in Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success or Leadership. β€’ This role reports to the Director of Sales Development and the Marketing department, but high collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams is required.

Requirements

β€’ Located in the United Kingdom β€’ Fluent in English - as well as Native fluency in French (preferred), Spanish, or Italian β€’ Demonstrated success in a sales or non-sales goal-oriented environment β€’ Quick learner, able to take initiative, excellent at problem-solving β€’ Intellectual curiosity - always questioning and digging deeper for answers β€’ Proven history of following through with goals and commitments β€’ Ability to think strategically and tactically β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal β€’ Willingness to travel 1-2+ times per year β€’ Able to occasionally work across US and EMEA times zones (we’re a global team)
