• NeoWork is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. • As a Customer Support Representative, you will be an essential part of our operations and will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and assistance. • You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborate with various teams within NeoWork to share valuable insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer support or related role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to help customers • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Proficient in using customer support software and tools • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity. • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
