• This is a remote position. • NerdBug is a fast-growing software development agency specializing in custom software solutions, mobile and web app development, blockchain development, and data analytics. • We serve clients in diverse industries, including transportation, ed-tech, enterprise solutions, e-commerce, and cryptocurrency. • As we expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee and drive our technical operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Proficiency in major programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java). • Experience with modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Django). • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). • Proven experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
