β’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). β’ Proven track record of success in software sales, preferably in the HR technology or payroll domain. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects and clients. β’ Ability to interact and sell at the C-Suite Level. β’ Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling product presentations and close deals. β’ Deep understanding of HR processes and payroll administration, including compliance requirements. β’ Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools to manage leads and opportunities. β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. β’ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed.
