Description

β€’ Selling Rippling HR/Payroll software to businesses. β€’ Generating revenue by prospecting and qualifying leads. β€’ Conducting product demonstrations and closing deals. β€’ Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and managing leads through the sales cycle. β€’ Conducting needs analysis to effectively position solutions. β€’ Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. β€’ Collaborating with internal teams for successful onboarding. β€’ Maintaining records of sales activities using CRM software.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). β€’ Proven track record of success in software sales, preferably in the HR technology or payroll domain. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects and clients. β€’ Ability to interact and sell at the C-Suite Level. β€’ Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling product presentations and close deals. β€’ Deep understanding of HR processes and payroll administration, including compliance requirements. β€’ Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools to manage leads and opportunities. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. β€’ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed.
