Description

• Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient information systems and operations systems • Work directly with customers to identify business requirements • Help identify, communicate, and resolve systems issues • Work with other consultants, customer service, and sales teams to develop and close service projects • Maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or computer science, information technology, quality assurance, or equivalent is strongly preferred • Minimum of 5 plus years of experience using ERP solutions (i.e. Epicor, Dynamics AX, Sage or similar ERP software) • 3 plus years of experience implementing Acumatica ERP solutions • Understanding of operational processes and requirements in the ERP world, including but not limited to distribution and/or manufacturing with a functional competency in accounting, quote to cash, procure to pay, operations, e-commerce, or CRM functions highly desired • Experience in providing support related to product demonstrations and assisting in needs analysis and solution recommendations • Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping, and end-to-end process experience desired • Experience in utilizing defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies desired • Experience with Manufacturing, Field-Service, Project/Construction, and Payroll modules a plus
