• Responsible for developing long-range capacity hiring models and tactical forecasts • Conduct data analysis for operational resources and capacity planning • Create accurate long-term forecasts for volume and staff levels • Recommend KPIs and metrics for measuring business results

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, mathematics or related field or equivalent experience • 5+ years of workforce management experience • 3+ years of quantitative analysis or research experience • Strong understanding of forecasting using trend extrapolation, driver-based, and regression methods • Experience as primary capacity consultant for Senior Leadership • Expert Excel skills
