• Manage and grow Sage X3 sales team • Oversee high-performing sales team across the U.S. and Canada • Focus on achieving sales targets and driving new business revenue • Collaborate with marketing and sales management to develop strategies • Guide team in identifying and qualifying leads • Coordinate and deliver compelling product demonstrations • Negotiate contracts and close deals • Own new business sales pipeline and revenue forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required • Strong sales experience within process manufacturing industries • Proven ability to build relationships and sell effectively to C-level executives and decision-makers • Expertise in delivering tailored software demonstrations and crafting innovative value propositions to meet client needs • Ability to negotiate and close deals under tight deadlines and high-pressure objectives • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
