Description
• Contribute to the evolution of Network Operations automation • Lead customers in identifying high impact automation targets • Analyze network technologies, existing playbooks and design documents for automation solutions • Train and develop customer engineers with automation knowledge • Architect and create automation for network operations tasks • Engage with vendor partnerships, research knowledge to create automation content • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
• US citizen is required. • Degree in a technical subject (STEM) or equivalent work experience • Experience collaborating with clients to translate business requirements into technical requirements • Knowledgeable of and experienced with networking fundamentals • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
