• Who we are: Network Coverage is a best-in-class technology solutions provider specializing in IT managed services, cybersecurity, compliance, cloud enablement, digital transformation, and software development for mid-market and enterprise organizations. • Our comprehensive technology solutions and operational excellence allow clients to focus on their business with the value of an end-to-end technology partner. • What the role is: Onboarding Engineer. • About the Role As a key member of the Project Services Team, the Onboarding Engineer ensures a white-glove experience during cour clients onboarding, integrations, and offboarding. • They will handle various environments, from traditional network and server/storage infrastructure to cloud services like AWS, Microsoft Office 365, and Azure. • The role involves developing or collaborating on project streams for new customers, ensuring all aspects are meticulously managed. • The Onboarding Engineer is a dynamic professional dedicated to delivering exceptional onboarding and integration experiences. • They thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing complex technical setups, and ensuring seamless onboarding and integration for new and growing customers. • The successful engineer is resourceful and detail-oriented, they play an integral part in the new customer journey, embodying Network Coverage’s core values in every interaction. • This growth-oriented role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within the broader Project Services Team.

🎯 Requirements

• In-Depth IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, server/storage systems, virtualization, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, M365). • Systems Administration: Proficiency in managing and maintaining Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and related services. • Network Configuration: Experience with configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. • Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights. • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar are highly desirable. • Bonus Skills: Experience with ITIL frameworks, Six Sigma methodologies, and M&A integrations is a plus.
