📋 Description

• Act as a primary point of contact for Live event launch information, representing Product deliverables in discussions • Create and maintain comprehensive Product & Title Overviews • Ensure updated delivery types and projections for scaling and promotion • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Production/Post, Creative, and Engineering • Oversee event-level workstreams and task forces • Ensure relevant team involvement • Identify and address potential blockers, issues, and missed deliverables • Support contingencies and troubleshoot title set-up • On-call for all event launches • Conduct post-mortems and collaborate on scaling event operations and workflow improvements • Occasional Los Angeles in-office presence and light travel required

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years proven experience in Live event program management, operations, or a related field • Ability to program manage large-scale projects and initiatives with exceptional organizational and program management skills • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across Content, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Tech • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • High aptitude for problem solving and taking charge in high pressure situations • Analytical mindset with a focus on operational metrics and improvement • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively • Effective at giving honest and direct feedback • Deep commitment to Inclusion and Diversity
