Description

• Responsible for creating and implementing end-end marketing programs for Strategic Referral Program (SRP) • Develop and cultivate relationships with strategic partners, sponsorships, and centers of influence • Design, implement, and manage marketing programs for referral partners • Research and collaborate to create custom content consistent with value proposition • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with key referral partners • Manage marketing budget and external vendors • Pursue opportunities for templatized / easily adjustable assets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in business or marketing • 7+ years of B2B and/or B2C marketing experience • 2+ years experience in wealth management industry • 2+ years experience in partner marketing • Track record of using a variety of marketing tactics (content marketing, events, social media, partnerships) to drive measurable increase revenue • Demonstrated success creating scalable new marketing programs from scratch • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) • Excellent communication, presentation, listening and analytical skills • Proven time management and organizational skills in high-volume, high-energy environments • Must be able to travel domestically for at least 2-4 days per month
