β€’ Drive growth and expansion at Nethermind as Account Executive. β€’ Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain enterprise clients. β€’ Collaborate with teams to customize solutions for institutional clients. β€’ Meet revenue growth targets through upselling and cross-selling. β€’ Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility. β€’ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in sales activities.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, technology or other related field. β€’ Proven track record of at least 5 years in enterprise and institutional sales, preferably within the blockchain and digital assets industry. β€’ Strong understanding of enterprise requirements and market dynamics. β€’ Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close complex and multi-year deals. β€’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. β€’ Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset. β€’ Knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets and cryptocurrencies is highly desirable, a strong interest in this area is a must. β€’ Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
