• Netsweeper is looking for a passionate Technical Support for content filtering solution • Provide customer support, troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, and root cause analysis • Address urgent issues quickly and escalate according to the support SLA • Create and publish knowledge base articles for customer self-service • Adapt installer, shell scripts, and PHP scripts to meet customers' requirements

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills for interacting clearly and concisely with technical team members and our customers • Self-starting and motivated to solve problems and delight customers • Strong time management and self-organizational skills • Must speak and write in English fluently • Valid driving license and vehicle insurance required to travel to work onsite
