📋 Description
• NeuraFlash is seeking a Director of Sales to build and scale our Amazon Connect sales team and practice. • Engage with the Amazon Connect and AWS sales and partner team to drive sales opportunities. • Build a best-in-class sales organization to support Amazon as we scale. • Collaborate cross-company with NeuraFlash leadership in various departments. • Recruit and hire top sales talent to increase coverage and mind share with the Amazon Connect team. • Partner with marketing and sales engineering for effective go-to-market strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven ability to create high performing sales teams and lead them to success • Excellent presentation and communication skills • A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment • The ideal candidate will have experience in the contact center/telephony space and an existing Amazon network • Salesforce experience (especially Service Cloud) is a big plus • 4+ years of Sales Leadership Experience • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time if needed
