Description

• Act as a “thought leader” for customers and manage day-to-day relationships. • Drive innovation in solution delivery capabilities and methodology. • Provide executive level Business Consulting and Pre-Sales support. • Work with Sales team on consulting and pre-sales activities. • Advise customers on solution tradeoffs for cost/benefit analysis. • Contribute to NeuraFlash at a leadership level and help grow the company. • Maintain all applicable Ironclad Certifications. • Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events. • Be an evangelist in the Ironclad Community and cultivate a success-oriented culture.

Requirements

• 8+ implementations experience of Ironclad or DocuSign • Prior experience as a Solution Architect with Ironclad or DocuSign • 5+ years of experience selling and delivering business solutions on the Ironclad or DocuSign platforms • 3+ DocuSign and/or Ironclad certifications • Experience in all phases of services delivery, software development, and testing life cycles • Expert at project delivery, including program management and the SDLC • Experience in management of technology and product departments with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies • Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs, reviewing proposals, and negotiating contracts • Expert business operations experience (e.g., invoicing, SOW, margins, utilization) • Background in Operations, Legal, and Contracting
