Description

• Build strategic relationships with clients and carrier partners in the Small Group Market • Manage client project plans and lead client calls • Support Benefit Consultant and Sr. Benefit Consultant on client accounts • Demonstrate proficiency in technical analysis • Create client meeting deliverables • Manage annual client calendar • Attend and conduct client meetings • Manage escalated client issues • Manage product and carrier implementations • Coordinate management of client technology solutions • Develop communication strategies for clients • Stay abreast of compliance and benefit trends • Conduct final review to ensure accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of employee benefits experience • 5+ years of Employee Benefits experience in a brokerage setting for Emerging (Small Group) Clients • Exceptional communication skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to analyze data and adopt new technology systems • Ability to be resourceful • Adaptability and flexibility to proactively address issues and client needs • Ability to multi-task • Skilled at strategic project planning • Ability to forge relationships and build trust • Independently manage accounts
