📋 Description
• Ticketing & Booking Support: Assist clients with booking flights, cruises, train tickets, and other travel arrangements • Client Support: Communicate via phone, email, and chat to understand travel needs • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions
🎯 Requirements
• Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus!) • Excellent organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail • Customer service or ticketing experience is a bonus—but we provide training! • Self-motivated and independent, able to thrive in a remote environment • Basic computer proficiency (experience with booking platforms & CRM tools is helpful but not required)
