📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Controller to lead our global accounting organization. • This key leadership role will oversee all aspects of financial close and reporting, treasury management, audits, revenue recognition, taxation, and payroll across our international entities. • The Global Controller will ensure financial compliance, operational excellence, and strategic financial leadership while managing and developing a high-performing global accounting team. • Lead and coordinate external audits, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.). • Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Oversee global revenue recognition processes, ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards and company policies. • Manage international tax compliance, including corporate tax, VAT/GST, and transfer pricing, while collaborating with external tax advisors. • Supervise global payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple jurisdictions. • Provide strategic financial leadership and support to senior management, offering insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities. • Optimize financial systems, processes, and reporting tools, leveraging technology for automation and efficiency. • Lead and mentor a global accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, Sales, Delivery, and Operations, to support business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is required. • 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, preferably in a global organization. • Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory compliance requirements. • Proven experience managing financial audits, revenue recognition, tax compliance, and payroll across multiple regions. • Hands-on experience with financial systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a preferred but not required. • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading global teams across multiple time zones. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
