β’ Responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution of regional programs, ABM campaigns, and regional marketing events. β’ Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success team stakeholders to drive demand, growth, and engagement for Newsela. β’ Execute on a comprehensive field marketing plan to drive leads and accelerate sales opportunities aligned with Sales and Success teams. β’ Track ROI, engagement, and feedback to measure results, assess opportunities for improvement, and optimize future field marketing programs, events, and sponsorships. β’ Create and maintain relevant field marketing playbooks, including GTM plays, operating processes, and templates for customization. β’ Partner with Demand & Customer Marketing leads to implement engaging and effective messaging across campaign channels that can be tailored to regions and state-specific plays. β’ Partner with creative, content, channel and operational team members on content, campaign and channel effectiveness. β’ Partner with Sales on campaigns, follow-up strategies, enablement and lead management reporting.
β’ 3-5 years of national and/or field marketing and event experience β’ Passionate about field marketing and event management with a proven track record of being one part strategist, one part executor. β’ Meticulously organized with an ability to work under pressure β’ Strong project management and entrepreneurial skills to work independently on complex projects β’ Creative and out of the box thinker that wants to execute on event and localized experiences that stand out from a packed conference agenda. β’ Comfortable with ambiguity and able to move forward in this environment.
