• Nexla is the leading Integration platform, built with AI, for AI. • Nexla takes a metadata driven approach to converge diverse integrations across Data, Documents, Agents, Applications, and APIs into a single design pattern. • We accelerate the development of solutions for GenAI, Analytics, and Inter-company data. • Nexla makes data users and developers up to 10x more productive by delivering a true blend of no-code, low-code, and pro-code interfaces. • At Nexla, we’re building a world class post sales Solutions Architect (SA) team, where each individual loves to move fast, be challenged, and win. • As the leader of the post sales team, you will partner with cross-functional leadership to help bridge business and technology. • You will manage and scale a team of Solutions Architects. In doing so, you will be required to coach by getting hands on directly in deals and with customers. • Additionally, the person in this role will help define and execute strategic initiatives related to post sales and solutions architecture to help scale the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in Computer Science or related technical field, and practical experience • 10-15 years experience working as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect implementing products at the enterprise level • 2-5 years managing a field technical team (pre sales or post sales) • Experience delivering presentations and technical demonstrations to a technical and business audience • Strong listening skills. Ability to listen, ask questions, and uncover customer challenges and needs • Exposure to various data and API integration architectures, data warehouses and data lakes • Hands-on programming experience in one or more of Python, Javascript, Scala, and/or SQL • Ability to understand, comprehend and solve complex problems • Strong interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt and modify your talk track to the context of each individual use case and business process • Ability to work and adapt quickly in a fast paced, dynamic environment and high growth startup environment • Strong ownership mentality with a keen ability to collaborate quickly and effectively with others at all levels of the organization
